Hi, I’m Helen—a recovering perfectionist, a lifelong learner, and a passionate advocate for women in business. I’m also a mom to two amazing girls, Kyla (now 18!) and Ella (13). If it were up to them, we’d have a house full of pets, but for now, we’re sticking with just one very spoiled dog.

When I’m not in problem-solving mode, you can find me curled up with a good book, binge-watching my latest favorite series, or sweating it out as I tackle the 75 Hard Challenge (yes, I’ve traded watching workout videos for actually doing the work—progress over perfection, right?).

I’ve always loved tackling new challenges, whether it’s DIY projects (yes, I’m still proud of my impact drill!), pushing my limits with fitness goals, or learning how to make life and business easier with the latest tools. That’s why, when AI started making waves, I was intrigued—but also hesitant. Like many women in my generation, I wondered, “Is this for me? Can I really learn this techy stuff?”

But here’s the thing: once I started exploring AI tools, I realized they weren’t just for “tech people.” They’re for anyone who wants to work smarter, save time, and grow their business. And that’s when it hit me—if I could learn this, so could other women like me.

Now, my mission is to help GenX and Boomer women embrace AI with confidence. I want to demystify the tech, break down the barriers, and show you how AI can be your greatest ally in business—and in life.
